Call of Special Meeting

    The Council of Missouri River Valley Presbytery has called a special meeting.

             New Horizon Presbyterian Church
             30 Valley View Drive, Council Bluffs IA

 The purpose of this meeting is to:

    Dissolve the relationship of Kevin Keaton as Executive  Presbyter
          of the Presbytery of Missouri River Valley.

    Discuss and act upon the proposed sale of the Randolph
          Presbyterian Church.

    The approval of the "Presbytery of Missouri River Valley Gracious
          Reconciliation and Dismissal Policy."

    Receive and act upon a recommendation from Wheeler Memorial
          United Presbyterian Church of Omaha to sell the property to
          Emmaus Bible Church of Bellevue.

    A reception for Kevin will be held immediately following the
          meeting.

 Only business pertaining to those matters stated in the call may be
          considered at this meeting.
